David J. Powers & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Jodi Starbird, Nora Monette, and John Schwarz to the position of Senior Project Manager.

Jodi Starbird has been with David J. Powers and Associates since 1987, holding the position of graphic artist and project manager. She has prepared CEQA and NEPA environmental documents for both private and public sector projects, including residential, industrial, and commercial development, and transportation, creek trail, and material recovery projects.

Nora Monette has been with David J. Powers and Associates since 1987, preparing CEQA and NEPA environmental documents for a broad spectrum of projects including residential, commercial and industrial development, General Plan updates, and quarry, water resources, and energy projects.

John Schwarz has been with David J. Powers and Associates for seven years, preparing CEQA and NEPA environmental documents for a variety of public and private sector projects, including residential, industrial development, transportation, public facilities, and natural resource and recreation projects.
